The Millennium Awards benefit Global Green USA's work to fight climate change and help the East Coast rebuild green, including the Solar for Sandy initiative. In related news, May 31 is the deadline to apply to become the winning Citizen Sandy. Submit your green rebuilding idea or nominate someone you know who has an idea for a green rebuilding project that can help make their neighborhood more resilient and accelerate a sustainable recovery from Hurricane Sandy. The winner will receive $5,000 and the two runners-up will receive $1,500 and $1,000 in seed funding for their green rebuilding projects from Global Green USA. See you in Santa Monica!
